Everyone knows that pregnancy changes a woman’s body, but nothing can prepare you for what it feels like to see and feel your body completely transform. It brings up many emotions and I can confidently say that I have learned more about myself during this second trimester than I ever have before. In this solo episode, I am sharing my second trimester experiences. From struggles with body image to learning how to properly rest my body during this transformational time, it’s been quite the journey. I talk about the body image challenges I’ve been working through, learning and practising deeper body love, my experience getting sick during the second trimester, how I’ve surrendered to the movement and rest my body wants, and more.
