The Seasonal Loom : Spring Equinox
The Maiden & Fertility
Whether you’re dreaming of a baby, deep in motherhood, or years past it, spring calls every woman back to her maiden; creative, fertile, and full of possibility. Spend a full day in circle reclaiming that part of yourself through embodied learning and craft.
Step into the wisdom of spring through a full day of embodied learning and creative craft. As we gather at the spring equinox, we’ll map the interconnected landscape of fertility across your menstrual cycle, your life seasons, and the natural world around us.
Spring is nature’s fertility festival, seen in the sprouting of seeds, the growth of eggs, the arrival of bunnies and baby birds, the hatching of new reptiles. All around us, life is being conceived and born. Together, we’ll create, connect, and reclaim the fertile power of this season through hands-on craft whilst deepening our understanding of this sacred threshold.

What We’ll Explore:
Spring holds a different meaning across every cycle we live within. Over this day together, we’ll map fertility across four interconnected lenses:
- Menstrual Cycle The fertile phase of your monthly rhythm
- Life Seasons The maiden chapter of your life arc
- Seasonal Year The awakening of the spring equinox
- The Maiden Archetype Your journey through maidenhood, your menstrual years, an introduction to preconception care and healthy fertile cycles, and the journey of conception itself: how we gain and receive ideas, and how that plays out in our lives and our next rite of passage
Who This Is For:
This day isn’t only for those on a preconception journey, it’s for every woman ready to tap into the maiden archetype within herself, regardless of where she sits on the cycle wheel of her life.
Whether you’re:
- Pre-babies and curious about your fertile cycle
- Actively trying to conceive or preparing your body for pregnancy
- In the thick of motherhood
- Moving through perimenopause
- In menopause and beyond
…this is about reclaiming and owning that fertile, creative aspect of who you are.
Overall, this day is about giving back to yourself. It’s about learning a craft surrounded by women sitting in circle, honing into how we once created and connected.

This retreat has exceeded my expectations
“Learning the power of our cycle, the power of our stories and power of our feminine will definitely impact my future and family in a positive way. To hold and nurture my stories and ask about others in the hopes they too can feel the true love for their patterns and stories.”
Lana, Queensland
Deeply nourishing
“I found this retreat experience to be deeply nourishing, a remembering of things my body intuitively knew but had never been articulated in the spoken word. The container allowed me to feel completely seen, heard and held. This supported the feeling of deep reverence, for myself and my journey. I feel a rebirth, awakening and transcendence in my body.”
Katherine, Victoria
Connection, healing, grateful, held, beautiful.
This has been my first retreat and I absolutely loved it. I loved the energy, the space that you were able to create Jema was just amazing.
This will have a big impact, i have found something where its just for me at the time but I can bring that energy back into my family life. This retreat came at a time where my world was turned upside down and this helped me have some grieving time + time to process all the emotions.
