Do you eat cyclically? If you take some time to explore it you’ll find that many of the ‘diets’ that we’re encouraged to follow were mostly created by man for the male body. Long term these do not suit a women’s body. Keto, calorie counting, paleo, Atkins diet, fasting, paleo… the list goes on.

Women’s bodies their digestive systems, endocrine systems and their menstrual cycle requirements are designed for a different way of eating. One that sees food habit and ingredient changes from phase to phase within the cycle.

In this episode join me and the Cycle Cooking authors Jenna Radomski and Devon Loftus to discover how to break away from these uncyclical ways of eating and how to adapt a cyclical approach to your food habits.
