Tayla Williams is a career obsessed primary school teacher who is extremely passionate and dedicated. As a kindergarten and Year 1 teacher on the Central Coast of NSW (Australia) she believes her purpose and drive in life is to inspire, educate and nurture the lives of little people. She's also the lady behind this inspiring Instagram feed @taylamadestrength.

Tay says that she fell into fitness many years ago and it's now the base of her life, and all aspects of health. Like her students, she's a life long learner who's on a journey to learn as much about her physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health as possible.

Over the last few years she's been on a self love journey that’s blossomed through enquiry and curiosity. Acknowledging women’s health and being open minded to new information and applying it with consistent reflection and appreciation of her body has become revolutionary for her.

Above all else Tayla is a down to earth women looking to make ripple effects of inspiration, creation and imagination through her work as a teacher.
