PCOS, it’s crazy to think that only 10 years ago hardly anyone even know what PCOS was and now today 1 in 10 women menstruating aged women have PCOS worldwide, and within Australia it’s 1 in 5. That’s 20%! Whhhatttt…?  I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2015 and this diagnosis has helped shift and alter how I care for my body as well as my cycle. Do you know someone with PCOS, or potentially yourself?

Kayla Jade is a fellow PCOS sister, diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis after being on the pill for 10 years. She’s learnt how to make maintainable diet and lifestyle changes as well as understand her body and mindset to overcome her diagnosis. And she now supports and teaches other women to do the same. Creator of the PCOS Bible where she shares useful knowledge
to help empower women to take back control of their bodies.
