Is period pain normal? This has to be one of the most controversial topics about menstruation. Period pain is often thought of as a ‘given’ when menstruating, but does it need to be? Often we can confuse normal with common, so I’d love to challenge this thought.

But if you do experience period pain how can you support yourself? To explore this topic and everything you need to know about Period Pain I’m joined naturopathic doctor practicing by Dr. Saru Bala.
