Did you know that PCOS affects 1 in 10 women of child bearing age and it’s 100% treatable through lifestyle? When I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2014 (read the story here) I was told of a number of different treatment protocols for PCOS, one of which being birth control – you can guess the others. Being health passionate at the time I dug deep to explore the ‘natural’ lifestyle based ways you can support PCOS and discovered that nutritional products (supplements) is just one of them.
Throughout this episode I share with you how I’ve supported my own PCOS journey with supplementation and what I recommend to support yours.
These are the supplements I recommend.
