How much do you know about your birth control options? For many menstruators birth control is thought of only to avoid pregnancy however there are MANY different forms of birth control today. These are often classified into two categories, natural contraception and hormonal contraception.A common form of contraception is the IUD however with 2 forms of the IUD available it can make for a very confusing miss understanding. In this episode I’m joined by fellow menstrual cycle and women’s health lover Stefanie Adler to discuss everything you need to know about the non hormonal form of IUD – the Copper IUD.
