Pap smears, we’re encourage to get them for cervical health but what even is the Cervix? For years I regularly had been getting Pap Smears and it wasn’t until my late twenties until I even discovered what a Cervix was.
It completely changed my understanding of my cycle, my yoni and the whole baby making thing.
This got me thinking, was I the only one who didn’t know what a cervix was? And, why was I not taught or told about it?
To open up this topic on the show I reached out to Cervical Wellness expert Denell Barbara to help us understand the wisdom of the Cervix, pap smears and cervical wellness.
“The Cervix is an anchor for embodiment.”
