Contraception today in women’s health is a popular topic with more and more women making the decision to come off birth control methods such as the contraceptive pill, IUD, Merina or Implanon. So you come off your contraception or perhaps have your IUD remove, now what? What natural contraception methods are the best? Great question!
It’s time we explored this together! To do so I invited fertility awareness educator Melissa Vranjes to the show and together we cover natural fertility form both sides, to conceive and not to conceive. Regardless of what your current conception goals are it’s important to know both options and in this podcast episode that’s exactly what we discuss.
“Natural fertility methods are for both conceiving and avoiding pregnancy.”
