Our gut is like our second brain so it’s important to keep it well balanced, healthy and happy. After personally having a lot of gut damage from both gluten as well as other environmental factors like traveling, stress and fatigue I know how important a having a healthy gut is. Part of my education now is sharing this importance with others.
My journey to healing my gut has been a long one however I know take daily nutrients which I find essential in helping maintain a healthy gut. One thing that I can not live without is my daily probiotic. I use a gluten free, dairy free and sugar free probiotic.
