gluten free diet save your life

It’s these exact questions that keeps me so passionate in sharing my health is wealth passion with you.

YES living gluten free can save lives, dramatically.  Let’s find out how…

The gluten free diet was originally created to manage the symptoms of coeliac’s disease. But what started out as a health regimen now has transformed into a diet fad, with legions of celebrity endorsers under its wing. What most people fail to realize about gluten free food is that it has actually expanded its use from being a bloating cure to being a life saver.  And if there is any doubt in your mind of this truth, here are a few things you should know about gluten.

Gluten can cause death to people with full-blown coeliac’s disease and inflict major health problems to those who have gluten sensitivities. In a study conducted by the American Medical Association, it was determined that gluten increased the health risk people faced between 35% and 72% and that 99% of those who consume it don’t even realise they have a problem until symptoms appeared, and some not even realising they had the symptoms.

What’s even more alarming is that there are about three million people who are affected by undiagnosed gluten allergies. As such, they don’t follow a strict gluten free diet and freely enjoy bloating foods, largely compromising their health in the process.

Gluten has also been linked to the development of other autoimmune disorders like dermatitis, arthritis lupus, thyroiditis, colitis and primary biliary cirrhosis. Much of it is due to the fact that gluten encourages immune system hyperactivity and misleads it into attacking gluten like substances instead of the actual problem.

In addition, a connection has been made between non gluten free food and disorders like diabetes, neuropathy, epilepsy, anemia, multiple sclerosis, myocardial infarction, osteoporosis, autism, and cancer. Though pathophysiologies of these diseases don’t necessarily point to gluten as their main precursor, it does highlight gluten’s contribution to their formation via factors like malnutrition and autoimmune problems. With that said, it is made clear how a non gluten free diet inadvertently promotes one’s untimely demise.

If that weren’t enough, gluten exposure has also been known to promote depression, schizophrenia, dementia, anxiety and a slew of other neurological diseases.

According to the New England Journal of Medicine, gluten causes psychiatric problems by interfering with the hormonal supply of the brain as well as facilitating immune system assaults. So even if your body was not about to give up on you, it is possible that your mind would and convince you to end your life prematurely by self-destructive means.  [insert jaw drop here]

A gluten free diet can save your life by minimizing the possibility of you developing any of these above mentioned diseases. Not only that but it also saves your life by allowing you to elevate and evolve passed usual human limitations.

Preserving life isn’t just about preventing death. It’s also about making one’s existence count, maintaining quality of life, and seeing to it that one is able to meet their full potential under any circumstance.

Fortunately today gluten free health is easy to come by. All you really need to do is equip yourself with the right knowledge and materials and you’re set to live a life you love and deserve to live.
